Eligibility Requirements: Universal Relationship Money Market Checking account requires a minimum of $50,000.00 to open with $50,000.00 in new funds from another institution.

Rate Information: **To earn the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 1.75%, customer must maintain an average daily balance of $50,000.00 and $10,000.00 or more on all checking accounts combined based on the previous month’s average daily balance. If the average daily balance falls below $50,000.00 or the previous month’s combined checking account average daily balances fall below $10,000.00, the APY will revert to 0.10%. The Annual Percentage Yield (APY) may be subject to change. Fees could reduce the earnings on the account.

Transaction Limitations: You may make an unlimited number of transfers and withdrawals via ATM or teller. However, federal law states that within a monthly service cycle, you may not exceed a combined total of 6 withdrawals or transfers using methods such as: Checks or electronic payments (such as bill pay) to a third party, Overdraft protection transfers, Transfers to an account at another institution, and Online banking or phone transfers between accounts.

Excessive Activity Fee: $10.00 per item will be assessed when you have exceeded six (6) pre-authorized transfers or withdrawals per statement cycle. Please note that if you exceed this limit 3 times in 12 months, your account may be closed or converted to a transaction account.

Fees and Charges: A monthly maintenance fee of $25.00 will be imposed if the average daily balance falls below $50,000.00 during the statement cycle.
